Certain promotions may include the options for “free shipping”. These promotions will be specially marked.
Returns & Exchanges
Merchandise may be returned for store credit only within 7 days of the day you receive your package. For items received after this time period, we will deny the return. Returns must be received in NEW, UNWORN and UNWASHED condition with tags attached. We do not refund shipping charges. Once we have received your package, your exchange will be processed within 7 business days and you will receive store credit code to use on your next purchase. You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed.
Items placed with the “in store pick up” option will be eligible for a return/exchange within 7 days that the order was placed. The same requirements listed above apply.
